The event will take place on Thursday October 25, 2012, from 6:00-8:30pm at Shea’s Performing Arts Center. We hope you can join us at this epic event, which benefits adult and children’s literacy programming in Western New York.

Cocktails In Character 2012 will again offer guests the opportunity to sample food and drink from local restaurants, breweries, and wineries, and live performances from the Buffalo Gay Men’s Chorus and Fleuron Rouge & The Bellydance Academy will take place throughout the evening.
Attendees are also encouraged to dress as their favorite book character, as there will be a judged costume contest, including plenty of fun prizes!
Patrons will also be dazzled by countless raffle baskets and silent auction items, as in previous years.
We invite you to participate on this special evening and join us as we fight illiteracy in Western New York. With your kind support, we are able to further our vital mission and increase adult and children’s literacy programming in Erie and Niagara Counties.
